Isaiah 49:8-21
See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me Isaiah 49:16).

Friend, there is no need to fear because we are safe in the hands of the Lord. I know that the news around us does not allude to this fact. Sometimes even the happenings in our lives disagree with this fact, but God’s word cannot be broken. He promises to keep us. We must trust Him to do so.

God tells the people who think that He has forgotten them that He cares, and He is with them. He said, “Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you! See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me” (Isaiah 49:15-16, New International Version).

Receive this word and you will eat the good that is in it. What good you say? It is the good of peace and joy. It is the assurance that God will do what He says. You will not be forgotten. The Lord will keep you safe. Do not fear. Go about your normal life knowing that God watches over you.

Remember, whenever God looks at His palm He sees you. It is a privilege to be so cared for by the Lord and loved by Him.
