Friend, when we know God, His word and the truth it teaches, we will be strong and willing to defend it. It is the truth you know that you will be proud of. It is the truth you know and have experienced that you can be bold to tell others and defend. That is why Jesus said, “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free” (John 8:32).

In order to counter any arguments on this issue, you need to know in your heart that you have eternal life in Jesus and can confidently tell others.
Tell them what the Bible says, “Whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:15). I believe in Jesus. I am confident that I have eternal life. This is how to defend your faith. Shalom.
