Jude 1; 24
I am writing to all who have been called by God the Father, who loves you and keeps you safe in the care of Jesus Christ (Jude 1b, New Living Translation).

As we have seen in the first quarter during our devotional meditation of the book of Jude, the word of God also tells us that we are kept safe by the Lord Jesus Christ.  Since this is true, if you have given your life to Jesus, you can be rest assured that God in Christ Jesus will keep you safe.

In verse 24, Jude added saying. “Now all glory to God, who is able to keep you from falling away and will bring you with great joy into his glorious presence without a single fault”. (Jude 24, NLT).  God will keep us from falling. All we have to do is remain in Him so that we can continually receive life from Him.

Remember what He said in John 15: 4: “Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me”.

In addition, we have an assurance that nothing can separate us from the love of God.  See Romans 8:31-39. The Bible also says about Jesus, “Having loved His own who were in the world, He loved them to the end” (John 13:1).The same love has been extended to us. Receive  and enjoy it. Shalom.
