The River Of God

Ezekiel 47: 1-12
Again he measured one thousand, and it was a river that I could not cross; for the water was too deep, … a river that could not be crossed.
Ezekiel 47:5

I see waves and waves of God’s river flowing into the earth. I see an increasing flow and release of God’s anointing to
empower the last day saints. Will you be amongst the
beneficiaries? Are you ready to take a dip into the river of
God? Are you willing to go through the consecration and pay
the price for it?
Prophet Ezekiel brings to our knowledge how the river of
God increases from one level to another. We must learn from
it and be prepared. The river of God will be released in
response to the work we have been called to do. Notably, the
water flows from the temple of God.
This has two dimensions – the river will flow through us to
other creations as God’s temple to bless them. It will also flow
through the church as His temple too. We need to prepare on
both levels and be a blessing to our generation this year. Since
the church is called to be a house of prayer and refuge, we
need the river of God to do this.
The Bible says, “Along the bank of the river, on this side and
that, will grow all kinds of trees used for food … their fruit
will not fail. They will bear fruit every month …” (Ezekiel
47:12). Friend, let us make it a year of blessing and healing to
those we come in contact with. Shalom.
Your Turn
● Pray for yourself that you will be a recipient and
distributor of God’s river.
● Pray that you will be a blessing to others who meet
you and come into your church.

Song: Fill me up till I overflow.
