Psalm 29:1-11
The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is full of majesty.
Psalm 29:4

Friend, this is the month of His word. This month the Lord will speak to you, as you pay attention to His voice and
direction. He will change the trajectory of your life and its outcome.

Why? The Bible is clear. “The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is full of majesty” (Psalm 29:4). When God speaks it is as good as done. What He says is what He will do. No wonder the Scripture says, “Who is he who speaks and it comes to pass, when the Lord has not commanded it?” (Lamentation 3:37). God’s word never fails.

In another place, the psalmist writes, “Forever, O Lord, Your word is settled in heaven” (Psalm 119:89). The earlier we begin to pay attention to the word of God and His voice in our lives the better for us. If the word spoken at creation is still causing the deer to give birth (see Psalm 29:7), then His word in my life will produce a result. His word to you will not fail too.

His word caused creation to reproduce and replenish the earth. That word in Genesis Chapter 1 has continued to produce a result. Imagine when God speaks to you and you obey, how good will the results be? Think of this word and be determined to honor and reverence the word of God. You will testify. Shalom.
