The Church Is Needed
Micah 4:1-5
Now it shall come to pass in the latter days that the mountain of the Lord’s house Shall be established on the top of the mountains …and peoples shall flow to it ( Micah 4:1).
Continuing from yesterday’s message, I want to challenge you to look into your life and see the areas God can use
you to bring glory to His name and bless those in your circle of influence. Life is too short for us to be selfish or self-centered. A life of giving is the best life to live.
This year, God needs your affluence and influence. When He told the disciples to go get the calf, it was because the owner had it to give and it became useful for the Lord. See Matthew 21:1-7. We have something to give and contribute too.
How would the prophecies of Micah and Isaiah be fulfilled if we failed to do our part? The Bible says, “Now it shall come to pass in the latter days that the mountain of the Lord’s house Shall be established on the top of the mountains … and peoples shall flow to it” (Micah 4:1; Isaiah 2:2).
They will come when they see what our God has done for us and is doing through us. When the glory of His presence fills our life and meetings, they would come. Friend, I see an increase in social ministries as we meet the need of people around us. I see the church making more impact in our local communities. May the Lord find you useful. Shalom.
Your Turn
- Pray for yourself as you have been touched by the Lord.
- Pray for me that I will discover new areas I can make impact.
Song: I will open up my heart ready for your holy fire.
