Praise The Lord

Psalm 103:1-22
Bless the LORD, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name!
(Psalm 103:1).

oday, we will worship and adore the Lord because He is worthy.  The Bible says, “Bless the LORD, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name! (Psalm 103: 1). In another place it says, “Oh, give thanks to the LORD, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever” (Psalm 136:1).

In 1 Samuel 2:1, Hannah declares, “My heart rejoices in the LORD; my horn is exalted in the LORD. I smile at my enemies, because I rejoice in Your salvation”. How many of us can identify with Hannah’s prayer in verse 1b?

Friend, I can smile at my enemies because what thy planned for me and my family did not happen this year. The One who says there shall be no loss stood by His word and when the enemy came to steal, to kill and destroy, God’s Spirit raised a standard against Him. To God be the glory.

Friend, I know that God has been good to you. You can see and hear. That is God’s goodness. Many are alive who cannot see and hear.  When you thought you were not ready for an assignment, God came in and helped you. You were not put to shame.

Friend, look into your life and lift up a psalm of praise to this good God. You will not regret it. Shalom.
