Psalm 124:1 -8
We have escaped like a bird from the fowler’s snare; the snare has been broken, and we have escaped.
(Psalm 124:7).

Friend, I have a sense that in the days ahead that the enemy will make use of traps and snares to get believers to
fall and deny the Lord. Remember that snares are traps set to catch birds or small animals. They are something (often something deceptively attractive) that catch you unawares. We must be alert.

These snares could come in the form of a juicy job offer, position, contracts etc. The aim of the plotters is to catch you and spoil your testimony. It could be a trap to fall into sin or make you deny your covenant with God. Whichever form it comes, we need the Lord to deliver us. We must make sure that we do not go where the eyes of the Lord is not going. Let us pray.

1. Thank God for the opportunity to pray.
2. Pray that the traps of the enemy will be exposed.
3. Pray: O Lord, let the snare of the wicked be turned into
4. Ask the Lord to frustrate the token of liars in your life.
5. Pray that the Lord will help you to be alert and sensitive spiritually at all times.
6. Pray for the grace not to lean on your own
7. Thank God for the help you will receive and for deliverance from the enemy’s trap.
8. Thank God for answered prayer.
