Let Us Pray

2 Chronicles 7:11-16
… if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face … I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land (2 Chronicles 7:14, NLT).

Friend, I believe it is not too early for us to pray and talk to God about our situations. Athough Ruth’s story ended well, we should not take things for granted. We are under a better covenant in Christ Jesus (see Hebrews chapter 8). We can call on the name of the Lord and ask for His help through the Lord Jesus Christ. Let us pray.

1. Thank God for the privilege to read and understand His word.
2. Thank Him for the invitation He has extended to us to come into His presence and seek His face.
3. Confess any sin and ask the Lord to forgive you.
4. Pray that the Holy Spirit will open your eyes to see
any area of your life you are experiencing any signs of hardship or judgement.
5. Begin to pray as the Lord reveals them to you. Please, spend time on this.
6. Ask the Lord to deliver you, set you and your family free.
7. Pray for restoration of all lost glory and grace in Jesus’ Name.
8. Thank God for the opportunity we have to pray today.

Your Turn

  • Praise God for the help and deliverance that are coming your way.

Hymn: Great is thy faithfulness.
