Intercede For Your Family

Ezekiel 22:30; Micah 1:8 – 16
So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it; but I found no one. (Ezekiel 22:30).

Only God and His holy angels know the effects of our prayers on our families and how the evil the enemy intends for us are averted. Friend, the truth is that when we pray something happens. When we pray, God’s mercy is released over judgment.

When children pray for their parents and parents pray for their children great things happen. That is why we cannot afford to be silent. Let us consciously pray for ourselves on a daily basis.

We must plead the blood of Jesus for cleansing and covering. We must stand on the authority of the word of God and wage war against the adversary and the accuser of the brethren at all time.

How about standing in prayer and in faith to cancel what the powers of darkness have decreed against us? Friend, we cannot afford to be silent. Our intercession is needed so that judgment for our sins will be averted.

God spoke through Prophet Ezekiel saying, “I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it” (Ezekiel 32:30). Will you be that man? Will I be that man? May the Lord help us as we apply ourselves to this word.

Shalom.
