He Will Be Our Sufficiency

2 Corinthians 3:4-6
Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think of anything as being from ourselves, but our sufficiency is from God (2 Corinthians 3:5).

Friend, as you lift your eyes and look to the Lord for the New Year, I am lead to tell you that God will be your sufficiency. In the New Year you will not fall short of God’s purpose for you. Your dreams will become a reality when you choose to look to the Lord and to His strength in 2019.

To be “sufficient” is to have the quality to fulfill a need or a requirement. While the word “sufficient”as a noun is defined as having sufficient resources to provide comfort and meet obligations. It is the quality of being sufficient for the end in view.

Pause for a moment and think about how far you can go, when God becomes the supplier of all that you need? Whatever you need God has in abundance. Be it race, resources, support and help.

Friend, “God gives us all it takes to do all that we do” (2Corinthians 3:5, CEV). Let Him be your sufficiency then you
can boldly declare that you can do all things through Him in any circumstances.

You will be assured that God shall supply all your need because you know He is not only a sufficient God, He is the more than enough God (Ephesians 3:20; John 10:10b).

How can I make God my sufficiency? Tell Him your need and have faith that He will answer you. With that you are more than ready to make it in 2019. Happy New Year!
