Give Thanks

Psalm 92:1-15
It is good to give thanks to the Lord, and to sing praises to Your name, O Most High (Psalm 92:1).

This year we must walk in the covenant of peace and joy. We must consciously choose to give God thanks in all
situations. We must not allow ourselves to be weighed down or destroyed by challenges in life and circumstances.

In addition, we must also watch our mental health, so we do not give in to anxiety and depression. Unknowingly, many believers are battling with these conditions which in turn affects our faith, hope and contentment. We can do better.

The Bible says, “It is good to give thanks to the Lord, and to sing praises to Your name, O Most High” (Psalm 92:1). It
means we must cultivate the habit of giving God continuous praise. The more you praise Him, the less depressed you will be. “Happy are you, O Israel! Who is like you, a people saved by the Lord” (Deuteronomy 33:29).

Friend, we are a people loved by the Lord, let us give Him thanks for this. Believe His loving kindness to you and your family; make known His faithfulness each day. God has been good to us. Take this psalm and praise Him. You know His work in your life is great. Tell Him and praise Him for His wonderful works.

When we do, we will experience a fresh anointing, fresh oil; see our desires for the enemy fulfilled. When we praise God, we will receive a flourishing and fruitful grace. May the Lord give us reasons to thank Him in Jesus Name. Shalom.
