You Will Not Be Forsaken
Isaiah 44:21-23
Remember these, O Jacob, and Israel, for you are My servant; I have formed you, you are My servant; O Israel, you will not be forgotten by Me! (Isaiah 44:21).
Friend, it does not matter what the nation’s economy says and what the global economic growth forecast predicts, God will not forsake us. He will visit us and perform His word in our lives. His word declares: “You are My servant; I have formed you, you are My servant; O Israel, you will not be forgotten by Me!” (Isaiah 44:21). Replace Israel with your name, God will not forget you. God’s word will work in your life.
In this seventh month, we will enter our rest. God has promised to stand by us and help us to do what we cannot do and show us how to survive in this season. I believe Him that He will do His part. Our part is to wait on Him to show us what to do and do likewise. See Isaiah 45:3. When God’s will and man’s action meet, the miraculous happens.
Please, choose to believe God, you will not go down. Remember what He says, “They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied” (Psalm 37:19). As we start the second half of the year, we have a word to hold on to when the economy becomes unpredictable. We will be satisfied just as the Lord has promised. We will not be forgotten. The Lord will remember us. Rest in His faithfulness. Shalom.
Your Turn
- Thank God for this word. Praise Him because you Will not be forgotten.
- Declare to yourself that you will be satisfied in this season.
