Genesis 8:22; Mark 4:26-29
While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and winter and summer, and day and night shall not cease.
Genesis 8:22.

Everything in life answers to the seed principle. The principle rests on time factor. When you plant a seed, time is required for it to germinate and bring forth fruits for harvest. In the same way, when we plant the seed of faith in the soil of our heart, we must give it time to produce our expected results.

This is the process of time in faith development. Initially, you may believe God for a small amount of money and you receive it. But when you begin to desire greater things you may need to develop your faith through positive confession and prayer to give faith time to “come” (See Romans 10:17).

The more you hear God’s promises in the area you are believing for, the more faith will fill your heart. That is why the Bible says, “My son, give attention to my words; incline your ear to my sayings” (Proverbs 4: 20).

Sometimes time is required for God to conclude everything about your case before bringing you into your abundance. We will only realise it when we look back and say, “Indeed God is faithful. If I have had this money, then only God knows what would have happened. But now He has made all things beautiful in His time”.

It is my prayer that you will understand this principle so that your faith will not die prematurely without delivering to you what you want. Shalom.
