The Year Of Separation
Exodus 8:20-30; Malachi 3:18
Then you will again see the difference between the righteous and the wicked, between those who serve God and those who do not (Malachi 3:18, NLT).
Every year the Lord does things that makes us to know that He cares for His own, but many times we do not pay
attention because our focus is on the wrong things. This year has been declared as the “year of separation”.
Watch out for the Goshen experience in your life and around you. Watch out for how God will preserve you and distinguish you from situations that would drown others. Our God will manifest as the God of the old times. What He did in Goshen will be repeated in our time.
Pharaoh thought no one could pull him down; God showed him that He is the one who rules in the affairs of men. Expect God to act on your behalf this way too so that the mouth of mockers will be shut as they see the wonders of God in your life.
Friend, I sense in my heart that the disaster that will sweep others away this year will not come near you because the Lord has set you and your family apart. God will surround you and help you. I believe God’s word that we “will again see the difference between the righteous and the wicked, between those who serve God and those who do not” (Malachi 3:18, NLT).
May the Lord grant you the grace to believe this word and expect its manifestation in your life in Jesus Name. Shalom.
